All sales are final. Exchanges are subject to approval. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and items must be in its original state. You can submit your request for exchange to our email address email@example.com If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, please do not hesitate to express your concerns. Please be advise that we reserve the right to deny any exchange requests if it does not fall within the exchange policy terms.
All exchange requests must include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange request
Orders at Okarie Beauty are processed within 48 hours. Within 2-3 business days you should receive your tracking number via email. Upon when your order is shipped you will be received addition email stating your order has been shipped. Delivery is after processing time
Order processing does take 3-5 business and up 10-15 business days to received your beauty products. Any orders place after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.
At Okarie Beauty we strongly suggest you place your order for your products in a timely manner to avoid abrupt delays. Please do keep in mind all orders are signed for, a delivery estimate will be provided at checkout based off the information provided.
We ARE NOT responsible for any carrier delays, lost merchandise natural disasters, sales and holidays. Due to high volume on sales orders can have a delay with processing and shipping times. Shipping is suspended Holidays and weekends. Reimbursements will not be offered for delayed shipping.
Customers are responsible for tracking their packages. Any return packages customers must repay for items to be reshipped
